Welcome to Freedom Fund (“Site”), operated by Tiana Swank, an individual based in San Diego, California. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 

1. General Use 

This Site is intended to share educational content, resources, and opportunities related to personal or professional development. Participation is entirely voluntary, and all content is provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 

2. Not a Business or Certified Course 

We are not currently operating as a formal business, educational institution, or offering certified courses. Content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice. 

3. “Nominee Tickets” and Payments 

We may offer opportunities for users to support students through financial contributions of up to $100 per quantity. These payments: 

• Are not tax-deductible. 
  
• Do not constitute a charitable donation. 
  
• Are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. 
  
• Are considered supportive contributions to help offset the cost of services offered to selected students. 
  

All purchasers understand and agree that their payment is not purchasing a product or guaranteed outcome, but is an act of goodwill to support another’s opportunity. 

4. Educational Hot Seats 

Selected individuals (“students”) may be featured in a live or recorded coaching or educational session (“Hot Seat”). Participation is voluntary, and by participating, students consent to the use and distribution of that content, including their likeness, voice, and shared information, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

5. No Guarantees 

While we aim to provide valuable and practical insight, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from engaging with our content, sessions, or resources. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials on this Site are owned or licensed by Tiana Swank and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission. 

7. User Conduct 

You agree to use the Site and participate respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in revoked access. 

8. Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
